One piece joint free vacuum pressed GRP panels, with high performance 100mm CFC free styrofoam core, not only to give excellent thermal insulation, but ensure the highest level of hygiene.
The very latest all electric Carrier refrigeration unit is integrally housed within the cold store. This offers the best aesthetic appearance and provides the maximum internal load space. The 8.6kW of refrigeration duty and 9kW of heating duty offer an unprecedented temperature range of between +26°C to -26°C across the whole range.
The Transcan 2 offers the latest design in temperature recording and complies with all the latest EU directives of temperature monitoring. Pre-set high and low temperature alarms with push button operation, and the unique in-built Help Facility ensure user-friendly operation. Security protected clock with automatic winter/summer adjustment.
Our unique design of fluorescent lighting fitted in the ceiling coving provides the unit with 300 lux of light. This complies with the official level for picking operations and does not limit the Cold Store to storage applications only.
Every unit is fitted with impact step protectors, lockable doors and locking door bars as standard. Emergency lighting, externally mounted audible and visible man-trap and temperature alarms, provide all the necessary safety features.
The latest in refrigeration and insulation combine to give the maximum efficiency and therefore reduced electrical power consumption. The refrigeration unit is also equipped with specially developed low-noise condenser fans that emit only 67.8BdBA at 1m.
Slide doors, ramps, dock level platforms, dual compartments and racking are available as options on every unit.
Our experienced and fully qualified C.I.T.B. delivery and installation team carry out all installations. Pre-delivery site survey and inspections are carried out prior to each unit delivery.
