- Mobile lifting platform designed to safely load and unload vehicles without tailift’s, unloading bays or ramps.
- Companies fully with Loler 1998, Puwer and EN 1758 regulations with regard to moving platforms carrying people.
- Accredited to ISO9002 standards certificate No: AO510. CE plated.
- Sensor strip system fitted to underside to the platform to prevent incorrect operation.
- Each hydraulic cylinder is fitted with integral check valve to prevent hydraulic pressure failure in the event of hydraulic pipes being fractured.
- Pressure relief valve fitted to hydraulic system to prevent hydraulic pressure overload.
- 50mm alloy plank platform with anti-slip top surface.
- 700mm long alloy, spring assisted lead up ramps to ensure gradual incline when loading roll cages, etc and also provides operator safety when the platform is in the raised postion.
- Automatic deploying ramps on vehicle lift exit.
- Totally enclosed lifting platform on four sides during the lifting operation which also provides operator safety from moving parts.
- Safe low operating voltage power supply from 2-off 12 volt batteries and charged from a standard 240 volt three pin plug.
- Amber flashing light and audible bleeper to warn of platform in operation.
- 4-off 200mm diameter swivel castors with independent braking system and with foot guard protection for both the hydraulic feet and castor wheels.
- Captive wanderlead control station.
- Automatic balancing hydraulic rams with grooves to ensure a level lift.
- Maintenance friendly platform design created from direct drive hydraulic system.
